It's not really a solution because they will be right in the middle of the screen everytime a pic is not large enough to push them out of the screen. Also I don't want to be scared everytime when I scroll down (to fav/upvotethe pic) because I could accidently read hate, spam or insulting comments. Nothing kills my mood more than reading stuff like "people who like this anime should hang themselves" or "I'm gonna whip my dick right in your little pussy".

Everybody knows that, Jerl. But reading entire comment sections and sentences has no choice but to be intentional.

I dont want to accidently see any troll or cancerous comments (that were previously downvoted hidden) while browsing - It really kills a lot of fun of this site for me. You were gonna see them anyways because people were using proxies and bots to up vote the shitty comments and down vote all other comments no matter how mundane and un-offensive it was. Someone asked where an image was from, I told him/her, and both our comments got down voted to oblivion, that should tell you how bad it was.
At least this way you can still see the comments that aren't shitty trolling.

The developer could easily create another div to put the comments in so we could block them with adblock. I don't mind the comments by the way, but for those who do it would be a nice thing to do.

We'll have to see on that one. It would theoretically take him all of 2 minutes to make that change and upload it to the server, but there could be other layout-based reasons why he isn't doing that.

Fun fact, what if I like to read through the comments, and it's only 1 or 2 comments every once in a while that are cringe?
Are my eyes supposed to magically know they're cringey without seeing them, and skip past them?
Genius way of making obvious accusations while forgetting just as obvious situations.
A simple feature to block users or all of the comments would at least mean I don't have to bother with the same person twice (aside from anons).
