Weird problem with notes

Is anybody else getting this problem? The blocks that hold notes are no longer transparent, plus - the bigger problem - the note and/or translation found within no longer appears immediately below the block! It will at the top of the page, but for the remainder of the blocks, you have to scroll down, sometimes to a ridiculous length of page to find the note. What's going on?

Works fine for me. Try disabling AdBlock. The EasyList filter is currently disrupting many of the actual legit features of the site.
