It has nothing to do with Japan/Japanese culture/anime/etc.

All posts must be Japan-related. This means that if they aren't based on a Japanese series, they must have been created by a Japanese artist or animator.

I usually pay attention but I missed that one. I normally might not bother to restore it because of the heavy artifacts that the original didn't have (I would call it a bad edit for that) but if Jerl thinks it's good enough then I'll restore it again.
Edit: Okay, maybe not a bad edit, it's twitter that did that. Never use twitter for art.
