The ToS requires that
You will upload content that is of high quality.
Judgements on quality fall on the moderation team, and the moderation team alone. If moderators determine that an image is poor, it is poor for the site's purposes and will be deleted. Normal users have no say and posts with scores in the hundreds have been deleted for being poor before. If the deletion is appealed and other moderators disagree, it may be restored, but that's again at the discretion of the moderation team alone.
In this case, I agree with BlueBaroness's decision to delete, so I will not be restoring the posts.
How the image is poor for the site when the users that visit the site like the picture. Why is the image considered poor? Can you explain?
If anything why remove all my uploads when only 1 picture was flagged, if you remove that one then alright but what about the other pictures, those weren't reported.
Images that break the rules will be removed whether they're flagged or not.
In general, if we find one poorly-drawn post by an artist, it's our policy to investigate the entire artist tag for any similarly poor posts and delete them. Chances are that's what BlueBaroness did: she wasn't targeting you, she was targeting the artist who drew the posts.
Why is it considered poor? It just isn't drawn very well. Using
post #3450504 as an example, the hands are drawn with weird proportions and shapes, her is not drawn to connect with her body, her expression is poorly rendered, and the overall proportions are off. The feet are drawn pretty well, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the image.
Also, for what it's worth, half of the post's comments before it was deleted were literally asking why it hadn't been deleted yet for being poorly drawn. Most of the upvotes the post got were likely because of users who don't care about the quality of the actual artwork, but instead care more about the concept. Or those who only see the feet.

Please restore this:
gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=3451982I have the same complaint. What exactly about this gif was "poor"? It can't be the length because there are much shorter gifs on the site, and it doesn't have compression artifacts or any other quality issues. I'd uploaded two other gifs from the same source at the same time as that one, yet only that one was ruled as "poor". Why?
I'm not sure why the other GIFs weren't deleted, but in this case it really is because it's too short. As for your "there are much shorter gifs on the site" argument, I'll refer you to
forum #653, which is linked in the first post in this thread. Those GIFs either haven't been found yet, or manage to depict more stuff actually happening in their short run.
