the reason for the takedown was classified as poor photoshop however it's really close to the original image which can be found here:gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=2790707

The rule of thumb with edits is that if you can tell that the image has been edited without seeing the original, it's a poor photoshop. Given how aliased the sections that have been edited are, it's pretty obvious it's been edited. It's also very clear that the penis and testicles have just been scaled up with no work done to smooth them out.

Is there any chance these are going to be restored?

The artist isn't Japanese. The art is poorly drawn. And at least in the case of these two:

They have heavy JPEG artifacts. So my recommendation would be that they stay deleted.

i would like to post many screen shots and need permission, i am sorry i did not see that rule at first. please let me know if you can restore my screen shot images, i seen others do the same

There is no permission for screenshots. Screenshots are only allowed of they are animated, stitched, or otherwise had work put in beyond pressing Print Screen.

If you feel that your screenshots qualify as one of these, you will need to actually post a link to them along with an explanation of what work went into producing it. We have no way to search for deleted posts, so if you want it restored, you will need to link it.

Then I got 3 messages, the first one saying the reason for deletion was "nonjap" then the other ones said "undelete deleted" and "delete delete". Well the image is clearly by a Japanese artist, here's the pixiv account: www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=18373106

I never complain about the takedowns I've got before because they were legitimate ones but this one is obviously unfair.
