I'm a simple guy; orange pekoe - basic Lipton tea. I use it to brew iced tea as I'm diabetic and the Rutter's lemon iced tea I used to drink has like 40 some grams of sugar in a 16 ounce bottle. Yikes. So I cold brew Lipton tea then add lemon juice and make xylitol simple syrup to sweeten it. Tastes great, just makes you shit like crazy, damn sugar alcohols lol
Green tea mainly, especially matcha and hojicha, but I also like just about anything with fruit or ginger (or both) in it. Chamomile is great as a sleep aid or for upset stomach.
