is there a way to search a different image size like horizontal or vertical types ?
it is kinda a chore to search a specific image for a wallpaper seeing horizontal and vertical images mixed.

The best bet is using height:X and width:X, with X being your desired size/resolution.
There's also the option of trying width:=>X height:=>X, which returns images greater than or equal to the X value, but seems to return more of a mixed bag of horizontal and vertical images than just searching your resolution.
