Okay. This has really just gone on long enough. I don't care if half the pictures that people tag as oppai loli aren't actually loli, more often than not they LOOK like loli, and that's all that matters to people who like lolis with big boobs, really. Even if the character being depicted isn't originally/"canonically" a loli, for the purposes of that picture they are oppai loli. People deserve the right to tag images in a way that makes it easy for them - or people with the same tastes - to find what they want to look at. Depriving people of what they want to see because it's technically labeled wrong is just ridiculous; however, it is obvious some measures must be taken to prevent a character from being seen as "universally" loli due to one pic where they are oppai loli.

As such I am creating an "oppai_loli_art_style" tag, for pictures that look like oppai loli but for whatever reason "aren't". It will still show up if one searches for oppai_loli*, making the people who want to see it happy, but at the same time, by pointing out it's just an art style, it makes it apparent that this is just a singular instance of oppai-loli-ness, as opposed to the character always having been an oppai loli.

I will be beginning on Arekishi's art, at least half of which would probably have this tag apply. Feel free to put it on any other pictures where a non-loli character is obviously "oppai", and at least LOOKS very "loli" in that particular picture. Hopefully this will be satisfactory for all parties. If not... I don't know what else could be done to satisfy them.

i agree with this Alazar..even if the name oppai_loli_style is a confusing one to newer members of Gelbooru... i see what your on about though... i dont know why the Regular Loli fans are shitting bricks over oppai loli. i mean most of the oppai loli pictures arnt tagged "loli" so i dont see what the problem is really. oh and i hate it when OC's get removed even though they look oppai loli... that doesn't make sense.

Sounds good. Just make sure to go through the oppai_loli and loli_with_boobs tags and change the correct ones to this new tag.

i seriously think its much better keep oppai_loli tag. It Makes Sense.

just as i said elsewhere, oppai_loli its for when you see a loli (underaged girl) with huge boobs. you can easily see it, and someone else just CANT say "no, it doesnt have boobs".

You CAN say "no, that is not a loli", though, which is exactly what this whole argument is about. Raverboyy was putting it on any image that had breasts and a cute face.

but this alone is not an argument to remove the whole tag.

just remove the tag from the image and leave the page. if he puts it again, its just another image with a wrong tag, there is much worse things in this website.

and when i mean much worse it IS much worse, like the guys uploading images with copy-paste tags, while not even half of them fit to the images.

or even the problem with arbitrary tags.
