We're not removing the tag. We're just splitting it into two tags, one for loli with breasts, and one for large-breasted non-loli who are drawn loli-esque.

He KEPT DOING IT. It didn't matter how many times the tag was removed, it was constantly re-added. That's why the debate about removing the whole thing even came up.
And don't use that stupid "THERE ARE WORSE THINGS" excuse. Just because there are doesn't mean we should have just let Raverkidd do whatever he pleases by wrongly tagging stuff, because then it'll be just as big of a problem later, and it was. Oppai_loli had over 1000 images in it, the majority of which did not apply until Alazar made the O_L_A_S tag, some of which probably still wont.

unless you can do everything at same time, why not care about what is worse first?

Because that one person was the general cause of the worse stuff, and lead to other people following suit?

The only reason it's not just as bad as whatever you're talking about now is because Xalrun wasted time trying to fix it, and it kept on getting polluted over and over again until Alazar made that new tag, and I wouldn't be surprised if that one ends up screwed up too.
I don't see why you're trying to justify it. The tag was used incorrectly, and used to be 1,000+ images strong, the majority tagged wrong. And people were beginning to follow suit in tagging everything they saw with a cute face and breasts oppai_loli. It would have ended up being a nonsubjective name for people who were trophy tagging if it was just let be.

You're still tagging images oppai_loli that have already had the tag removed multiple times, and you're flat out IGNORING the oppai_loli_art_style tag by retagging oppai_loli to images that already have that tag. So, yes.
