Rabi en rose or Usada Hikaru?

I'm finally taking the time to upload my pictures I promised months ago. When I run across something like this:
Rabi en Rose
gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...ist&tags=rabi_en_rose
Usada Hikaru
gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...&tags=usada_hikaru%2C
Which tag should be used? Both? Should Rabi en Rose have Usada Hikaru added and Usada Hikaru have Rabi en Rose added to all images so people get all her pictures when they do a search?
How would you guys handle this?

Look at the image. Who draws the image? What show is the character from? Who is the character? Those should be added to the image as well as other visual details.

Right, I know that but in this case Usada Hikaru IS Rabi en Rose. It's two names for the same person. It's like saying Sailor Moon isn't Tsukino Usagi

Ah, I see. Well, it would make more sense to put both for those who don't know both names.
