1 thats must be simple but i cant find it...how can i upload my profile picture.or i cant?
2 what are the aliases?like clans or something?

Aliases are just another word for a search term. Much like how Bizzare is an alias of whatever your real name is.

if i upload a picture tat already exists in the site without knowing it what will happen?

It'll say that the image already exists and should link you to it.
