A throatfucking position where the recipient lies on their back with their head tilted down. AKA “upside-down_fellatio,” “Reverse Blowjob,” The Sword Swallower,” “Lie Back Throat Fuck Position,” and many others.

(and now a rant on the name)
“Throat Swabbing” is actually the most useful english name for this position.
It distinguishes exactly what position the participants are in without the ambiguity phrases like “Upside-Down” or “Reverse” carry.
It also doesn’t include misleading terms like “fellatio” or “blowjob”, which imply a level of control by the recipient which isn’t supposed to or even possible to be present in this position. Lying head back like this makes it more or less impossible for the woman to move her head, so all of the thrust comes from the man by necessity.
Finally, the name is as destinctive yet useful for shorthand as “doggystyle” or “mating press” in that they don’t literally spell out the position but immediately imply everything involved for those in the know. There’s also the benefit that “Throat Swabbing” sounds somewhat vile, adding to part of the thrill for both parties.
There’s an argument that the transliteration of the japanese term for this position is roughly “Upside-Down Fellatio,” but that’s not actually relevant since transliteration != translation and I would argue that since this position is what’s implied by “逆さフェラ”, and “Throat Swabbing” is the most commonly used english phrase for it, then the actual translation of “ 逆さフェラ” would be “Throat Swabbing.” The English term for the position is idiomatic, like “doggystyle.” Incidently, the Japanese term for “doggystyle” is “バック,” or literally “back” if you were to transliterate instead of translate. You would be laughed out of any forum like this if you were to try and correct english speakers for calling it doggystyle instead of “back position.”
An important part of translation that you can’t do by just copy and pasting into google translate is porting over cultural differences, idioms, and colloquial terminology. If you actually care about faithfully porting anime & hentai into a form accessible to people in the west you can’t ignore that.

That said, I’m excited that there’s a tag for this now, even if it includes a bunch of stuff that doesn’t actually qualify (likely due to the ambiguity of the name “upside-down_fellatio.”) I’ll be removing stuff like that from this pool so it’s clear what the english term actually refers to.
