Anon 3; That's the HK P11.
It's a special pistol designed specifically to fire hydro-dynamic rounds under-water. Each of the five barrels are sealed and water-tight until fired, and when all of them are empty, the entire barrel assembly slides out to be replaced with a fresh one.
