I think it's more along the lines of him surprising her.

Naruto: "Hey Tenten, I need to talk to you about something."

Tenten: "I'm in the middle of exercising. It'll have to wait."

Naruto: "It'll only take a minu-AHHH!" he yells as he trips over a weight. As he falls he reaches out for anything to stop himself, he grabs her shorts in the process.

Tenten hentai images tend to suck, unfortunately.
And it really doesn't help that they're rare, as opposed to all the other chicks like Hinata, Ino, Sakura, Temari, Tsunade, etc.

Thankfully, here and there, we get well drawn ones such a this. Very nice indeed.

Think Naruto's finally using his brain. With his super-fast healing a couple weights to the face is totally worth doing this! He'll be out of the hospital and off to pants Tsunade next by tomorrow.
