Actually, she was pretty good if you could be bothered training her or more specifically, Angelo, her dog..
She was kinda like Irvine, limit breaks were a right pain to get but the later ones could kick some serious ass.

Ye, Limits Breaks sure are overpowerd. Rinoa is good with her Angelwings + Meteor, dealing something like ~70k Dmg.

Things like this really make me want to see a new Dissidia, or at least a Rinoa cameo in Kingdom Hearts. She's one of my favorite FF girls, and she never gets any love. Stupid Squeenix.
