I think there is a mistake of translating...

The 2nd frame's speech includes 'じゃない' in Japanese. This word means almost 'is not'. If we translate the speech in straight way, the speech means 'She is not our sister' , ("she" is the smallest girl in this paper and she says 'onee-chan' in 5th frame).

However, native Japanese people uses 'じゃない' in different way, like 'aren't you?' or 'isn't it?'.

So, I think, the 2nd frame's speech means 'She is our sister, isn't she?' or 'She is our sister, isn't it?'.

And I apologize for my poor English, I can't recognize correct translation of these speech.

However, I can say, in this manga, translate '私たちの妹じゃない' to 'she is not our sister' is not good, the speech of 2nd frame is almost 'she is our sister, isn't she?'.
