I agree with anon2, no pyramid head makes this a one-sided fight or having some of the boss monsters might make it an even fight, might.

Maybe, the Silent Hill monster are undead things.

The Silent Hill Nurses are always creepy-hot. Put a bag on the head and you're fine.
