If a female fights involving super powers, weapons and etc, realistically, clothes are gonna rip and get torn. Males in anime get their clothes rip all the time. My point is, this show isn't for its sexual themes. Don't blame God for his beautiful creation of the female body...

The clothing even regenerates so it can get torn off again. It adds dramatic impact to the combat. I'd rather see clothing get torn off then girls get bruised up.
