All these sailor scouts and they forget the Oppositio Senshi? Not even Sin, the Oppositio Scout of the Moon who was the most powerful scout with the exception of Galaxia?
Her element was HELL, and she was not even a real villain, she was a manipulated antihero, who actually pointed out the moral flaws of the Silver Millennium!
