The girl on the right (Rin) is a very stoic person and doesn't really show her emotions. She is happy... Well at least better than neutral... I think?

Rin looks positively ecstatic, and it's no surprise. She's eating chocolate and doing art at the same time! She'd probably have something insightful and unrelated to say about the transient nature of edible art such as cake decorating, though.
