Hmm, yeah.
If i remember correctly, i have read anywhere a comment from kaname where he wrote about this pictures.
He talked about a Naga unbirthing a friend of her or something like that.
And this was a short time bevor he released this image series.

Well if you take into consideration the fact that a Lamia is two parts, one human and the other snake, and the fact that a snake's body is technically just one incredibly long stomach, the concept of this being classified as vore is very likely.
Seeing as how the 'vagina' on this Lamia appears mouth-like, and features what seems to me like a tongue, I am with Anon1.
This, from a semantic point of view, isn't unbirthing.

But that's just my two cents.

I would say this is a case of both... And call that a vulva~mouth in this one leading into a vaginal like, but non~the~less actual snake tummy... Where she is going to be digested, considering the poisoning, prey teasing and bloody scratch... I'd bet she's destined to be nutrients and naga~poo. XD
