Not Anon1, but along the classic saga, lots of robots call themselves brothers when they are made by the same person, and in the Zero saga robots call themselves brothers when they are made by the same technology... So, in a specific way, in this series it could be treated as incest.

Just wait until dad catches them. Forte is technically Zero's big brother because Wily created them both. The canon is also such a big gray area now, that it could be said that Wily beat Dr. Light to the punch on building the first Reploid.
