I don't see any distinct advantages except for the fame Red earned through the years. His "secret" champion status in GSC blew me away. Damn it. When I'm older, I expect N to have the same status. As the first npc to catch a legendary. That alone makes it even. Unless Giovanni's involved.

On the left side, I'd say Touya, Touko and N are most threatening. On the right, I believe only Red is most troublesome. That being said, either team can win. They're capable of doing it :P

I`d say:
Red vs. Black = Draw
Green vs. White = Green wins
Kotone vs. Bel = ...maybe a win for Bel?
Gold vs. Cheren = Gold wins
Silver vs. N = also a draw, maybe because N wouldn`t fight with his full power?
That´s a great picture, but it would be better with all protagonists and rivals. Or with all main charakters from Pokemon Adventures. Just my opinion.

N and Black/White are the only one's worth a challenge due to the fact they have legendarys. Otherwise, I doubt they have anything that compares to Red, Green, and Gold, who all beat the elite four. They all beat Lance, I doubt they have a problem with one dragon.

Cheren and Bel are fodder. Easiest rivals in the whole franchise.
