Judging by the previous pick in the series, it's about a futa family. The mom is cheating on her husband with the older futa, who is the childen's biological father, thus the kids are both futa too (younger hasn't hit puberty so no boobs yet). The older child is embarrassed but turned on by her parent's shamelessness, she's popped a boner from overhearing them having sex and spies on them.

The previous pic you are referring to is simply some douche rewriting other people's work. They are mother, son and daughter.. unsure about the other futa. I'm too.... distracted to try translating all of the previous pics in the series, though I do see the word "father" in there.
