Allow me to answer. It does move but because it's a PNG our browsers tend to not give a shit. If you're using Chrome/(Or possibly IE) Then you might be out of luck.

Otherwise Animated PNGs seem to work fine for me in firefox.

There is an addon for us Chrome users called APNG. Install it, and animated png's will work.

If you use IE or Safari though, you're outta luck.
