Anon's probably right. I mean she's got long hair, so it's probably taking place sometime in the first two arcs, and Sasuke clearly isn't interesting in women.
I'd like to see this whole thing though. I have Makura's first "Konoha Genei Jutsu", and it's some of the best art I've ever seen. But Naruto's the only one in there, so it's good news for NaruSaku, NaruHina, NaruIno, NaruKarin, NaruTema, and NaruAyame (wtf) fans. I'm guessing, like a lot of early SasuSaku doujins/pictures I've seen, it'll end with Sasuke turning back into Naruto, and Sakura going ballistic, LOL.
