As per usual, H-Viruz speaks sense. If it is clearly female (eg breasts and/or vagina) but has a penis, it is futa. Piss-farting around with newhalf and shemale and herm is just a pain. I fail to see why people are whining about the futa/herm distinction... considering there IS no distinction - futanari is just the Japanese term for hermaphrodite.
Somewhere in the past decade or so it somehow came to be associated with anatomical abominations who somehow have functional dongs despite lacking the organs necessary to MAKE them functional.
But I digress. Point is, the two words have literally the same definition
