anon2: pipelining is a pretty "out there" fetish. i think the reason there aren't more pics like this is that adding more fucked-up stuff to a picture (like guro or amputations or whatever) is another way to make it more extreme - and i can't speak for anyone else, but i know that i'm interested in it mostly because i've already exhausted my interest in anything tamer. so my primary interest is just for stuff to be As Kinky As Possible, and the more repulsive the better. plus i think i'm partly to blame because i created the tag and filled it mostly from my own archives and i've got a bias toward that kind of thing
