Maybe it doesn't matter anymore as the last comment was made almost a year ago but the reason why she is shown as shaved vagina and armpit hair is because in Japan, this considers as total submissive. She is just someone's bitch and will do literally anything by the command from her master. As showing gentiles are forbidden in Japan, best way to cover them up (especially for women) is to keep pubic hair. When you shave them off, you are telling everyone that you are a rebel and you don't care (another word you are a slut) and to pour salt in this open wound notion, keep your armpit hair as most women would just want to shave off them. Again it just represents you are a total submissive bitch and ready to do anything on the demand from your "master."
