I doubt mewtwo could even take on first form Freeza, much less final form Freeza. lol Im not saying all this because im just a DBZ fan boy, but seriously. Why is everyone basically saying that mewtwo has this fight one just because he is a super psychic? Its stated that Freeza is a very powerful psychic as well, so mewtwo holds nothing much over him in that department. lol DBZ is overpowered, digimon's have a better chance than a pokemon, especially a pokemon. Though mewtwo would probably last longer against Freeza than Vegeta did though, ill give him that. Mewtwo catches a hyper beam, well Freeza got bitch slapped by a spirit bomb straight into Namek and got back up with only a few scratches and a hurt eye. He even caught a 20x Kaioken Kamehameha from Goku. Freeza has been shown to have a ridiculous level of endurance as well, from getting his ass handed to him by a pissed of Gohan, to a juiced up Piccolo kicking his ass. Then Gohan making him look bad again and leading up to his massive fight with Goku. I don't feel that mewtwo would hurt him very much, so my money is on Freeza, but mewtwo would do alright against him.

Frieza has also telekinesis and much more brute force, but maybe Mewto can use some of his psychic techniques to confuse him or try to penetrate his mind.
