If you ever watch the movie - turn the sound off. I have never experienced synchro this fucked up. you can actually hear that they are reading the text from a script.

they look more like frogs or fish then insects. then again, maybe fish are insects... i was never any good with biology or zoology. all i know is insects and fish and frogs taste and look the same to me

Ah...I remember this. Funny story, a local video rental place had this in the children's cartoon section. My dad and I rented it since it was anime and the cover gave no indication of what it really was. Boy, were we surprised...
