Most of those are prophylactics that were not used. the condom is obvious, the "used" antibiotic capsules negate birth control estrogen, the little white pills are most likely birth control pills that are now useless (and also not taken,) and the nipped football is a spermicidal lubricant insert that is only effective if put in "before" sex.
