No, the length is not okay, Dragon.
Look at your arms... now raise one of them up above your head. Notice how your elbow is just high enough that you can bend your arm at a 90° angle over your head? That girl's elbows are barely higher than her ears, not to mention that they are extremely spindly and the hands are way too small.

The reason her arms look weird is because they don't correctly relate to the size of her legs. Either one would be normal if the other were sized correctly.
