It's just some coloring thing. In every hentai picture in this book the color scheme is red and the characters all have red hair while in the clothed pictures they all have different hair colors.

@849543 Even if she is the self-conceived twin daughter of her mother, biological variation would be a factor. When genes are copied, they're not perfect copies.
