Mars is not that playful, shes too serious(or trying to be serious) to be Misato.
Moon is too pure and forgiving for a real person.
Misato is more like grown up Minako, in my opinion. Horrible at housekeeping, shameless, likes tasteless jokes, but ultimately heroic in heart.
