Yeah, I've seen random artists rendering of what pan would look like as a Super Saiyan, none it was good. In fact, it was pretty fucking scary. I can understand why Toriyama had trouble with that.

What the hell are you guys talking about? Toriyama did not know how to make a female go saiyan, true, but that was his past opinion. In Dragon Ball Online, on which he worked as a designer, there are female characters and can go saiyan. So there is no excuse not to make a female creation option available in Ultimate Tenkaichi.
