Just for the record, when I said "Reminds me of better times..." I meant better times in my life.

Although, now that I think about it, Gen I was indeed the best time of pokemon, both in the games and in the anime.

And the fact that the two idiots that say otherwise have already been voted down only proves it is true.

Better times indeed not just in one life the world. The pokemon series has been going down since gen 3. The show and the games and gen 4 and 5 lets just not get started there
