Madoka is totally clueless but saya-saya knows. Leading her to safety while not letting her know...but it's futile.

That the worst most malicious existence, more extreme and dangerous than any witch. No matter how you run or hide, it will find you. Able to murk any witch with ease and give you one hell of a Badass fight scene. A creature who B.R.S. would would not mind passing the torch of ownage too.
