Riflemen from Battletech. 's only fair, I suppose: Battletech ripped off Macross pretty blatantly, so they get to use some 'mechs.

You do realize that it was Battletech that blatantly copied Macross, which set off the whole legal disaster concerning the Unsseen Mechs.
