Though considering the artist forgot to add Naruto's/Naruko's trademark characteristic (the wishkermarks) then the shuriken holster is the only way to tell this is Naruko and not some random blonde anime girl.

^ Well, there is the Sage Mode eye-marking and what I assume to be the red shirt to Sage Mode. Although, there's always the possibility that the things I named off are just coincidental.
