It's bonus CG made for the semi-recently released TA2 "Complete Edition" that came with the TA Premium Box thingy. I couldn't get my copy to work and there's no translation patch for the extra scenes, so I don't know what's actually going on. But it's quite obvious that they're just adding on (to the) bad endings.
