if you look at her original outfit directly between her top where her cleavage is. you can plainly see that she is not wearing a bra. which is safe to say she doesn't wear bras which in my opinion. Is actually quite sexy to be honest

Oh and another thing. alot of Touhou characters for that matter probably canonly don't wear bra because it reminded me someone brought it up. that Most japanese outfits in that sorta they didn't wear bras in their uniforms cause they didn't feel the need to or something like that
