I emember that Scene, after he did that Terminator2-scene, his mafia-companions run at hipulling him out before he really burns to death.
Throughout the entire series, he got a serious isue of thinking he's the T2-Terminator.

As far as I know, he's actually a male "electric eel"-type of the mermaid-race.
Even using discharges like he's a damaged Robot.
