Maexam, I'm pretty sure that's her next to her sister (Kasumi), near Okonogi, Ange and Featherine in the bottom left.

Actually, she's up near the top. From Kinzo, go through Nanjo, then Genji, and there she is, next to Rudolph. At least that looks like her. Her hair isn't that spiky. That, and her uniform is purple, not black. The one down there with Featherine is Tohya Hachijo. And, to clarify the last lookalike, the one just above Kyrie is Young Kinzo (next to Beatrice Castiglioni)
