wouldn't it have been better if the paridy was using a spider based pokemon rather a turtle, i mean the tag sais venom, i may not know much about marvle comics, but isn't venom the dark version of spider man or somethin

^ Yup you definitely don't know much about "marvel" comics. Venom is not the dark side of spiderman or even a spider like being to begin with. He was originally a symbiote from space and was feeding off of Spiderman where he adapted the radioactive genes that became part of Eddie Brockman when the symbiote known as Venom attacked to him. So no it doesn't have to be a spider pokemon; Venom can pick anyone or anything to be its host.
