Having just started and eventually finished KS' Lilly route, this happens during their first "date". Considering she's probably 18, you could add "adult" tag but it's usually reserved for characters who are much older when they were presented.

Besides that, I absolutely love her! The story is amazing!

I remember trying for Hanako's route and wound up in Lilly's. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I absolutely adore Lilly.
