Doesn't matter if it's a "normal" nose (which is debatable enough), because it's not HER nose. Her nose is very similar to Haineko's in that it is angular and thin, not something you'd see on a dwarf. It's the same thing as saying Ichigo would still be the same if he looked like Naruto or Luffy.
