I don't play Devil May Cry, but I fully believe that Wolvie might lose hard here.

However, he wouldn't be in pieces. I don't care if that is a demon sword or whatever, it ain't gonna cut adamantium.

Hmmm well it could cleave through it... You have to take in the fact magneto could bend and twist the metal of Logan's skeleton.. so what is actually stopping a blade that is made of enchanted deminsion cutting steel from slicing through his bones.. I mean adamantium bullets pieced his skull before so why can a different metal?

Devil arms aren't even made out of metals, in fact they might resemble them, but in reality these supernatural weapons are the solidified power of the demon soul which has taken physical shape. Talking about yamato, it was once wielded by the dark knight himself (it is imbued with his own god-like power) and if correctly used it can merge the demon world with the earth realm, basically triggering the apocalypse.
