That's not Kakuzu. At least it shouldn't be. The reason Kakuzu is the way he is, is because of a secret technique from the Waterfall village. That nurse chick probably used the same technique. But why am I even trying to find reason in this..

My guess is that they are trying to steal Hinata's byakugan and put it in that jar. But Naruto, Sakura and Neji arrive on time to stop them. No real reason for Kakuzu genderswap though.
