Boa Hancock is about 6feet tall and quite thin.

I can't imagine many women being able to pull off Hancock's exact porportions (Height 6'3¼" Bust 43.7" Waist 24.02" Hips 35.83", the actual hell?), but Maryou is pretty tall for a real women (around 5'9"), and it's somewhat improbable to have a chest and thighs that thick without being a little husky.

Not to mention you have to be insanely beautiful as well. This is where Maryou succeeds most in my opinion.

Bottom line, if there is a girl like Boa Hancock in real life, she probably isn't interested in cosplaying her. Or she's ugly. Or dead.
